Life Is Starting To Emerge On The Fen.

Dragonfly SilhoueeteAs Spring turns to Summer and the weather warms up dragonflies and damselflies are starting to emerge at Woodwalton Fen.

The first to emerge is the Red Damselfly.

When dragoflies first emerge they can be quite fragile and need to warm up in the sun before flying off.

At the same time the dragonflies start to appear so does the bright yellow flowers of the Iris appear as well.
