The weather has warmed up nicely for Easter. I decided to go for a walk down Woodwalton Fen to see if there were any snakes around. After about an hour I spotted my first snake of the year – a Grass Snake swimming down one of the water-filled ditches. It was only a small one but I could get quite close to get some photo’s.
